Platform

Welcome to the platform page of Kenneth Blevins, your Libertarian candidate for Oklahoma House District 66. Below you will find the key issues and policies I am passionate about and will focus on if elected to serve you.

Who I Am

Born and raised around the Tulsa area, I am 100% Oklahoman. I graduated from Charles Page High School, Tulsa Community College, and Oklahoma State University. Following in my father’s and grandfather’s footsteps, I became a welder and pipe fitter. After growing increasingly frustrated with politicians who are running this country into the ground, I decided to stand up and run for office myself.

Key Messages of My Campaign

  1. Remove Corrupt Politicians

    • It’s time to get corrupt career politicians out of office and elect candidates who will work for the people of this country.

  2. Stop Wasteful Government Spending

    • We must eliminate wasteful government spending, reduce the deficit, cut the debt, and fight inflation. It’s crucial to restore the buying power of the US dollar.

  3. Support Veterans

    • We need to take care of our veterans, ensuring they receive the proper healthcare they need for injuries suffered in service to this nation.

Public Policy Areas I Am Passionate About

  • Healthcare: Making healthcare more affordable and accessible.

  • Education: Ensuring better access to quality education and lowering the cost of higher education.

  • Criminal Justice Reform: Working to improve the criminal justice system and reform the for-profit prison systems.

My Qualities

As a dedicated, thoughtful, and persistent individual, I believe these qualities will make me a successful officeholder. I am committed to fighting for what’s right and making meaningful changes for our community.

Core Responsibilities

I believe the core responsibilities of an elected official are to defend the rights of United States citizens from all levels of government.

My Legacy

I want to lead the way for change in the system and advocate for individuals in this country. My goal is to be the first of many Libertarian congressional members who put the American people first and allow citizens to regain power over the government.
